At Rathore Craftsworks (A Unit of Rathore Sticker Point), we take great pride in delivering high-precision, custom-crafted CO2 laser cutouts, acrylic 3D nameplates, engraved wooden signage, corporate mementos, and bespoke decor.
Because the majority of our products are personalized and manufactured specifically to your custom order requirements, our Return and Refund Policy is structured as follows in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (Non-Returnable)
All items that are customized, personalized, engraved, or manufactured according to custom dimensions (e.g., custom nameplates, personalized LED lamps, tailored cake toppers, or custom corporate awards) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of change of mind, customer error in spelling/details provided, or selection of incorrect dimensions.
Important: Prior to starting production, our team shares a digital design mockup/preview via WhatsApp or Email. Once you approve the mockup, the design is finalized for laser cutting and cannot be altered or refunded.
2. Damaged in Transit, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
We ensure strict quality control and multi-layer fragile packaging for all orders. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a 100% Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund.
Mandatory Requirements to Claim Damage / Defect:
To report transit damage or product defects, you must fulfill the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: You must record a clear, continuous, unedited video starting from opening the sealed outer box/courier packaging to revealing the damaged or defective product.
- 48-Hour Reporting Window: You must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and the unboxing video.

3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Production / Mockup Approval: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before you approve the digital design mockup, for a 100% full refund.
- After Production Begins: Once a custom design has been laser-cut or engraved following your approval, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
If a refund is approved by our support team (due to order cancellation before production, or unavailability of replacement stock for damaged items):
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, PhonePe/Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card). Lawcurb
- Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days, and funds will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days (as per standard banking/payment gateway timelines).
5. Non-Customized / Standard Ready-Made Items
For standard, non-customized stock items (e.g., standard blank acrylic sheets or non-personalized decorative cutouts):
- You may raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in its original bubble wrap and cardboard packaging.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged via our shipping aggregator (Shiprocket/Delhivery), or return shipping instructions will be provided.
