1. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (Non-Returnable)
All personalized items (3D acrylic nameplates, custom LED lamps, engraved wooden signs, cake toppers, corporate trophies) are manufactured specifically to your custom order specifications and are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Design Approval: We share a digital mockup/preview on WhatsApp before production. Once approved by you, the order is final and cannot be altered or refunded.
Customer Errors: We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or sizing errors approved by the customer during mockup review.
2. Transit Damage & Manufacturing Defects (100% Free Replacement)
If your package arrives broken, physically damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing defect made by us, we will dispatch a 100% Free Replacement.
MANDATORY PROOF REQUIRED: Continuous & Unedited Unboxing Video
To prevent fraudulent claims, NO damage or defect claim will be accepted without a valid unboxing video. Your video MUST meet all of the following conditions:
Uncut & Unedited: The video must be a single, continuous recording from start to finish without any pauses, cuts, or edits.
Sealed Box Start: The recording MUST start BEFORE opening the outer shipping box or courier polybag. The sealed box and shipping label (showing Order ID and name) must be clearly visible.
Clear Damage Inspection: The video must clearly show the package being opened on camera and reveal the damaged or defective product directly inside the box.
STRICT NOTE: Videos filmed AFTER the package has already been opened, videos recorded in multiple edited parts, or claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video will be strictly rejected without exception.
Reporting Deadline:
You must submit your unboxing video via WhatsApp at +91-9897360551 within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Production: Cancel within 2 hours of placing the order (or prior to approving the WhatsApp design preview) for a 100% full refund.
After Production Begins: Once laser cutting or engraving has commenced following design approval, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Approved refunds (for order cancellations made before production or unfulfillable damaged orders) will be credited to your original payment method within 2 business days and will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Standard Non-Customized Items
Non-personalized stock items (e.g., standard blank acrylic sheets) can be returned within 5 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Customer bears return courier charges.
